Using Expand Collapse and Search

Does Confluence allow a bookmark on the expand in an expand/collapse on a confluence page? 

Does Confluence search in an expand/collapse return results when the search word is within the collapsed section of the expand/collapse?

There is no way that I know of to bookmark the expanded/collapse content and have it expanded when the link is clicked.  There is an enhancement request for anchors to work this way.  https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-27357

Confluence does search the content inside of an expand/collapse macro.
