User survey is broken, can't submit

I just got an email asking me to fill out a survey. I did, but at the end, whatever job title I enter, form submission fails with the error, "Please enter a valid textual response without numbers or punctuation." There are no numbers or punctuation in my job title.

Validation message can be different from the actual validation. It really depends on the developer. But what kind of survey to have to complete on confluence cloud?
