User profile listed 6 times in People Directory

A user profile (the one of the administrator who initially set up the OnDemand instance with JIRA and Confluence) appears 6 times under the People Directory. All links point to the same profile (there is only one user). What can I do?

It could be a corrupt index so you can try reindexing. Typically however, if its a corrupt index, you would see more than 1 user duplicated so if reindexing doesn't solve the problem and you have Confluence OnDemand, open a support ticket requesting that we rebuild the index from scratch.

Thank you. Rebuilding the index didn't solve the issue so I opened a ticket.

Thanks, Jason also linked that site but the only applicable fix for me (given the setup and that it's OnDemand) is the index rebuild that didn't help.
