Hi Community!
One of the users on our Team cannot see the spaces we created when they are transferring a page to it.
Situation: When a user tries to MOVE a page from a space that they can access and move it to a space we just created, they are unable to see the spaces I created.
This is the page where my user cannot see the spaces I created. They are able to see that highlighted space but not the other spaces.
Here is my view:
The ones that are highlighted in Orange/Red are the ones the user cannot see when moving a page, where you select a space, Those highlighted in orange/red are the ones the user cannot access. These are the ones that were newly created.
Those that are highlighted in Red/Orange as well as the space I encircled, "tradesmen/installers," are new spaces. The user can only view the one that I encircled. But again, they are all new, and their permissions were copied all the same from the pages that we were able to access in the past.
I also checked the user permissions for the user on every page.
(the names have been greyed out for privacy purposes. )
He has access to all of the new pages to view, edit, add or delete. But for some reason out of all the new spaces, he can only see one. Despite having the same permissions to all of the pages.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Hi @Steve P Can you confirm if the user is able to access/view the spaces with the direct space link or only facing issues when searching the space for moving the pages?
As user is not able to view the new spaces only there might be some issue with content index but to confirm that need to check if user is able to access those spaces with there space home link or not.
Hi Ravina! Apologies on the super delayed reply. But adding the users there. they were able to view it the spaces and the child pages. It didnt work on the first 3 to 5 attempts. But we kind of left it and went back at it after a day. And they were able to see it.
