User disabled in confluence

Hi i am facing with one user 

 

 

His profile as showing as disabled  in confluence so i am administrator rights in confluence so please guide me how to enable again i don't know how his id disabled we are in ACtive directory in confluence

So we are using Confluence 5.10.9 

 

i seen under user profile--->ADmin user but i did nt see any enable option

 

 

please suggest how to fix it asap

Hello, Santhosh.

Since you mentioned that the user management in your Confluence instance is handled by Active Directory, I would suspect that the reason why you cannot enable the user could be due to LDAP permission in the AD configuration.

Can you please confirm how the settings look like from your end to see if you have the Read / Write permission that should allow you to make changes from Confluence's end?

Additionally, can you confirm what is the user's status from Active Directory too? Thanks.
