Hi everyone,
we have a user who can't open mail shared links.
If she clicks on the link mail she gets a message, she reached a restricted page, but the page does only have writing restrictions.
She can open the page if she browses manually on our Confluence Space.
Had anyone the same issues in past and how have you resolved it?
Hi @Rene Asen - Welcome to the community!
It sounds to me like the user has access to your confluence instance, but maybe not to that specific space the link is for. Check the space permissions and ensure that the user can access the space. If they have space permissions then the page might be restricted so you might need to check and see if they have access to it. This also might help: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/space-permissions-overview-139521.html
Hi thanks for your responce,
all other Confluence guests have the same permissions, but only one user have the issues.
Do you have other ideas?

@Rene Asen - are you still experiencing this issue? I honestly have no other suggestions. You may want to file a ticket for support https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/
