Upload Logo as Admin fails to work even after a success message

In our wiki admin .../wiki/admin/look-and-feel/customize-navigation I upload a logo which provides a success message after saving but it doesnt work. The error messages in Chrome Dev tools are below. I was able to update the browser icon successfully though. The image in a png which is bigger then 200x200 (223x223). I tried the same as the browser image as well as a different one too. Neither work.

Since you're on the standard tier, you have access to Atlassian Support. I think it's best if you contact them, so they can provide more tailored support. Be sure to include the images you're trying to upload and let them figure it out based on the errors they would likely also see on their end.

Thanks Hans. I had looked for that option at the time of posting but couldnt find it. I thought it was only on an upgraded version that we could lodge tickets like these.
