Hi,
We decided to upgrade our 10 user license from Confluence Server 7.3.2 to 7.13.8, Our Confluence installation is now dead. Confluence will not start and are unable troubleshoot the problem.
Any technical assistance to troubleshoot the problem would be much appreciated.

What does the application log say the problem is?
