We are trying to upgrade Confluence from 7.20.0 to 8.0.0 but it fails because we have followed the Atlissian documentation. Is there any other approach to solve this.

We created a new server with rhel 9 and have installed confluence 8.0.0 what we want to do now is to import data backup from a server with rhel 7 with confluence 7.20.0 to the new server with confluence 8.0.0 Once this is in place, we will upgrade to confluence 8.5.3. But confluence 8.0.0 doesn't want to load the data backup from 7.20.0 and we can't find an adequate description of this. /Paul
