Upgrade Confluence from 3.1 to 4.1

Hi,

is there someone who successfully upgraded Confluence from 3.1 to 4.1? We have an old version in production use and need to upgrade now. I tried to upgrade using the installer (for linux systems) as well as upgrading manually to 3.5 first. The latest version we could get running was 3.4 but an upgrade from 3.4 to 3.5 fails, too.

Any ideas?

Hard to do this totally blind, to know exactly what state your system is at currently, let alone what plugins you have installed or other customizations.

At a minimum, you are using these, for where it sounds like you are at currently?
