Dear Support,

when we try to update the server to 7.15.0 an error occurs: "com.install4j.runtime.beans.actions.control.RunScriptAction failed"

In action "Update JVM Options when upgrading JDK 8 to JDK 11 [Run script]" (screen "Upgrade Actions [Form]"), property "Script":

We can ignore the error, but we dont know wether it will affect our database or the site.

Is there anything we can do?

Either way, we backed up the system to an XML File.

Can we Restore it without having to set up the Confluence system again? (So we just have to delete the Windows Server, make a new one, Install Confluence and right away restore the XML File)

Greetings
