When creating a new space, we've noticed that two users, "Chat Notifications" and "Microsoft Teams for Confluence Cloud," are automatically added to the access list.

We're unsure how these users are being added and would appreciate any guidance on understanding this behaviour and removing them if necessary.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi @Ameer Ibrahim ,

Welcome to the community.

Both the user that you are referring to here are there to enable the respective apps.

The user called Chat Notifications is responsible for the Slack integration and the Microsoft Teams for Confluence Cloud is for the MS teams app.

There is no problem having them in there as they are part of the plugin in the system which enables them to access the content in the space for any communication.
