Unknown macro: 'Widget'

I use the 'Widget Connector' macro on a wiki page to give access to videos. For some time now, the video previews are no longer showing, and I see an error reading 'Unknown macro: 'Widget''. Can you please tell me what's up and how I can fix this?

A Confluence system administrator may have deactivated this macro due to this advisory.
