Unable to update confluence to a version released before the end of our license

RDaridan April 8, 2024

Good morning,

I submit the following problem to you:

We wanted to update confluence from version 8.5.5 to 8.5.7.
During the version upgrade, we get this message in the logs:

2024-04-08 15:45:17,545 ERROR [Catalina-utility-1] [impl.health.checks.LicenseValidationHealthCheck] doPerform License validation failed.
2024-04-08 15:45:17,594 ERROR [Catalina-utility-1] [confluence.impl.health.DefaultHealthCheckRunner] logEvent Confluence support and upgrades for your current license have expired.
2024-04-08 15:45:17,595 ERROR [Catalina-utility-1] [confluence.impl.health.DefaultHealthCheckRunner] logEvent You'll need to supply a valid license key. Confluence can't start without this.\nIf you have a new license, please enter it on this page (/fixonly/fixlicense.action) and restart.

And when we start Confluence, this window appears :
Capture.PNG
I added our developers license but the site doesn't even seem to load the license.

We don't understand because the installed version was published on March 5, 2024 and our license expired on March 16, 2024.

Has anyone had the same problem and if so, was it fixed?

I would like to point out that we upgraded Jira using this same method (taking the version published just before the end of our license) and that it worked without problem.

Thank you in advance for your help.
