Unable to tick items in task list (Action Items)

Hi All, 

When reviewing task list macro in Confluence, I am able to tick tasks as completed, however receive "Oops, your task change couldn't be saved" notification.

This resulting in a forever growing task list which i am unable to tick.
Assistance would be appreciated.

By any chance do you have duplicate tasks in your page ? and are you facing this issue in other browsers as well ?

Hi @Kishan Sharma  you are 100% correct, there are duplicate tasks in the page.

Currently using Chrome for Confluence, would you suggest another browser?

Hi @Les Algeo No problem:)
Chrome should work fine. I think you have run into a a bug, refer this link for details. As per that there's a workaround below - which may not work in all cases -

  1. Copy the page with the tasks
  2. Publish it
  3. Delete the original

OR

Contact Atlassian Support to manually remove duplicates.
