Unable to start confluence after upgrade from 6.0.2 to 6.15.8

I have upgraded my Confluence from 6.0.2 to 6.15.8 everything went well, however when the upgrade was completed and attempted to start i am getting License Inconsistency error saying "You'll need to supply a valid license key. Confluence can't start without this.". I have the license purchased, however i need to get generate the license key which requires the server ID. is there a way i can obtain server ID from my server, so i can generate the License Key?

You can get your server id in the database.

select * from BANDANA where BANDANAKEY = 'confluence.server.id';
