Unable to edit Confluence Page.

I am keep getting this error when i go to edit mode in the confluence page.  Sometime, after refreshing 3-4 times, it is able to connect. But most times, even after 15 times, it is not able to connect and does not allow me to edit. Is there any setting to be changed?

Nice to meet you, and welcome to Community. A few things can cause this, but it's usually related to a networking issue the Confluence user's end.

In order to narrow this down, could you please let me know the answers to the following questions?

1. Can you tell me if all of the other users on your Confluence site are encountering the same issue?
2. What browser are you using, and do you encounter the same on other web browsers?
3. Does this only occur on a specific page? If so, how was that page created, and were any add-ons used? Was the content copy and pasted from another location?
4. Is the page using the new or legacy editor? (Learn about Confluence Cloud editing improvements)
5. Can you try the same with Incognito or Private Browsing turned on, with all extensions disabled?
6. If you clear your browser cache, does the issue persist?

Failing those tests, I would recommend that you bring this to your Confluence Site Administrator. They'll be able to take a look at this for you, and if they believe this requires a support ticket, they can contact support directly and raise a ticket.
