Hi, I am trying to export the confluence space in a XML format so I can import into another confluence instance. In this case, when I do the export, it seem to finish the export and gives me a hyperlink to download the file. When I press on the download button, It runs for 1-2 seconds before throwing an “internet connection” error.
This does not seem to be the case when I download an individual page which is <10MB.

I would literally wait a couple of minutes and try downloading the file again.
As a DIY troubleshooting, you can try exporting a CSV file - which you can also import to a Cloud instance. If that fails to download, I'd open a support case.
Tip: after you fill in the details when creating a ticket, you should see an open chat button - this is the fastest way to get the actual person on the case. If it's something trivial like cache flush, they can do it on the spot and you're good to go.
