Unable to create space in mobile app or mobile browser view

Is there an existing bug being worked on for this?

Confluence pretty unusable without a full PC. 
1. mobile app/spaces - click on view all spaces - you see the + create space option but it disappears instantly and then a message about how to start a space is displayed. No way to get the create a space menu item back.

2. Mobile browser view- click create space - side menu is expanded so you can choose the space type, you select a space type such as documentation or knowledge base, you see some content has loaded in a right modal but it’s not accessible on screen. Unable to scroll or zoom in/out on screen so unable to actually select template and create space.
