Hi I've been reading about this facility and have just been given a list of 15 feature requests that I want to put in the Jira backlog. I'm using Jira Cloud.
I've converted the list to a table in Confluence with a serial number.
When I highlight the first feature I can create a single issue in Jira straight away. It correctly shows my Project and I'm listed as the reporter.
If I instead select 'Multiple issues' I get a small pop-up with 'System Jira' selected as the site. I can change to the correct site but then the Projects dropdown is empty. I've tried typing the name but it just says 'No matches found'.
I'm not an admin on Jira or Confluence but they are connected because I can link Confluence in Jira issues and create a single issue in Confluence. Any ideas please?
Hi @Paul Westerman ,
I've never experienced this but I would suggest trying a different browser for starters. Might be an issue with the browser app itself.
Additionally, can some other users check if they are experiencing the same problem as well?
If nothing, you might want to try to reach out to Atlassian Support with this but they'll probably ask you for a HAR file to be able to troubleshoot the issue.
Also, you might want to try to check reported bugs on JAC to see if anything pops up.
Cheers,
Tom
Thanks Tom, some good suggestions there. I've just tried Chrome instead of Edge but no change. Will try the other things, cheers! Paul
