Unable to configure sidebar

This issue is affecting one of several spaces, where I am unable to configure the sidebar for it.

Having followed the documentation, I need to access the 'Space Tools' cogwheel but this does not appear in the affected space, but does for the rest.

Oddly, the affected space has one entry in the sidebar but it seems to be completely unreachable...meaning it is visible but there is no way of editing it, adding to that or engaging in the rest of the sidebar config for that space.

@Suneil Seegobin , I assume that you have resolve this by now but wanted to respond nonetheless. If you are an admin you should be able to access the space tools. Now how are you do that depends on the platform you’re on. Are you on server or cloud? 

In Cloud things have certainly changed since 2017. Today you should see space settings.
