Unable to add images to Confluence page

I am trying to add images to documentation I created but am unable to do so. Copy and paste does not work. Dragging and dropping the image does not work.

 

If I try to insert the 'Files & Images' options, nothing appears. However, other media types like quotes/dates/code snippets are working.
