Hello @Michael Wimmer !
As I understand, users are not redirected to the login page when they access a page that has the URL in the page+title format and are not authenticated. I tried to replicate this locally but was unable to.
The error excerpt provided does not give much insight into what is happening. With this in mind, I would like to ask you a few questions for clarification. Here we go:
- Can you reliably replicate this behavior with all pages that have the URL in the page+title format?
- When did this start happening?
- What happens if you access the page via localhost?
- Do you have a proxy in your environment?
- Was there any change applied to your environment prior to this behavior?
- Are there any macros in the affected pages?
- What happens if you copy the problematic page into another space and then try to access it?
- You specified that “All Other Links work as expected.” Could you give examples of the links that work?
Let us hear from you!
1. The error occures on every Page Title Format Link
2. We are not sure exactly but it started happening prior to Updating to Version 7.2 since i applied that patch hoping it would fix the issue
3.Same behavior
4.no
5.Itmight've started after an update but we are not entirely sure since we probably didnt notice it right away
6. Both pages with macros and without are affected
7.Same behavior
8. Accessing links like https://server/#all-updates and https://server/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=337182834 redirect perfectly while not logged in
