A user (dale@bvi.net) was denied access to the BVMI space and was given the message 'you don't have permission to access this content'. I couldn't resolve the issue, so I deleted Dale's account through the administration->directory section, double-checked that the user was not in suspended or deactivated mode. I also exported the users via a CSV file to ascertain that Dale was not a user in the system. When I try and add Dale as team member, an error message is displayed that states that 'invite cannot be sent for an account that is deactivated or suspended. Restore their access or remove the account and try again.' I cannot remove the account or restore their access because the account is not there.
Any help on next steps is appreciated.
