UPM v2.12.0 installed - com.atlassian.util.concurrent.TimedOutException: Timed out after: 10000000000 NANOSECONDS

So, I installed v2.12.0 of the UPM and am getting this error on JIRA and Confluence.

com.atlassian.util.concurrent.TimedOutException: Timed out after: 10000000000 NANOSECONDS

Is it possible to override that timeout specifically?

I think would be worth to try installing another upm version or upgrade just for test purpose and see if it works.

I uploaded this same upm version and it worked fine for me, not sure if this is a bug.
