I've got several users reporting issues with editing pages. They are getting a pop up in the bottom left corner saying, "we're having trouble connecting right now." I thought it might be an internet issue on their end, however, all their other programs including zoom work fine. They also are reporting sluggish pages that can take 1-2 min to load.
Does anyone have any ideas on what might be the issue and how to fix it?
Hi Wes, I've been editing pages on my Cloud Confluence site today and haven't had issues. You could check the networking basics, (try different browser, different machine, different location, etc). After you've checked that out, if it's still an issue, you could open a ticket with support.atlassian.com so Atlassian could look at your actual cloud site and make sure everything is working as expected.
Yea, I've checked all of those things with them. The difficult thing is that when some people have problems, others don't. So it is hard to pinpoint a reason. Thanks for the answer.

Hey Mark. Apparently, Confluence Cloud was running slow during all this time according to their status page (they updated it after I made this post). So I'm not sure if that was the issue or not.
