Tomcat config is incorrect

I have tried to search for the fix here, and tried a couple things suggested, but any change to the server.xml file, causes me to not be able to get to confluence in my browser.

I am running confluence on Red Hat 8, confluence version 7.4.1.

Postgresql is 10.6, though I doubt that matters.

Right now, my URL is just set to confluence2.domainname.org.

I installed confluence as a service, maybe that is a problem? I did not set up any sort of proxy, that I am aware of.

Everything is working as far as I can tell. I imported a database from my soon-to-be-retired confluence install, and it all appears to be there. It is just this tomcat error.

Also, I have never edited tomcat files, so I ASSUME adding a ! is how commenting works? If that is the case, only the first connection is active. I have tried to comment that connection, and uncomment other connections. I am trying to use https for better security.

So, maybe someone can help a complete tomcat noob, and tell me which connection should be used? And if my tomcat is ok, where the issue may actually lay?
