Tiny link option has disappeared

There used to be an option to share a link to the current page using a "tiny" link, but I can't seem to find it any more. The link in the "Share this link" screenshot below is the full (really long) link. Has the tiny link option been removed?

Here's what I see:

In Confluence, the short link appears as a 'Share' link now.

That's what I used to get, but now the "Share" link opens the drop down in my first screenshot and the link is the non-tiny one. Maybe we're on different versions of Confluence - I'm on Confluence Cloud 1000.0.0-8191e2a10693.

@Peter Vojtech can you elaborate? I am seeing the same issue as @Rangi Robinson and have for a while. 

Below is our version. Is there a setting I need to have our IT turn on somewhere? We used to have that as the link to this page option or something...
