Hello,
i'm looking for a tool with which i can create ticket templates such as user stories or bugs. Within this tool i want to be able to predefine stuff like components, Epics, labels etc.
On a previous company we had the possibility to do it via confluence by using code like
"href="https://jira.cgm.ag/secure/CreateIssueDetails!init.jspa
?pid=45900
&issuetype=14
&priority=3
&components=85703
&customfield_10700=13500
&customfield_13410=13106
etc."
After setting it up there was a button which - when clicked - opened a new tab with a jira ticket and the predefined entries.
But i cannot see it within the new companys confluence. Do we need a widget for that like "markup" or something? Or can you suggest a tool for Jira where i can set up everything?
Best regards
Mathias
Hi @Mathias Mohrs ,
This question is tagged Confluence, probably you need to tag it as Jira to get a good answer.
