The usage of {include:xxx}

lb zyh January 7, 2014

I'm currently working to extract part of the content of a few of pages to one page, I found that {include:xxx} can extract the who content of the page xxx to another page, so I'm wondering if there is a way to extract part of the content of the page xxx.

Does anyone know that?

Thanks.

We can include other pages to one page using the include macro. To insert this macro in your page follow In the Confluence editor, choose Insert > Other Macros.

For more details see the Include Page macro Documentation.

Thank you, I need {excerpt-include}.

But there is another question, in page xxx I have some content is embraced by {excerpt} mark, when I using {excerpt-include:xxx}, page always show that 'The page doesn't not exist'.

If I change to use {include:xxx}, then the whole content of xxx can be shown normally.

I don't know why.
