Hi @lama haroon welcome to the community.  It appears Atlassian is looking to improve Arabic support.  Here's one ticket I found on Atlassian's Jira site (jira.atlassian.com) CONFCLOUD-1373 

There are a few others out there as well for similar issues.  You may want to vote for and watch them for future updates.
