Text in Excerpt is rendered as smaller than normal text

Hi there, I notice that the text inside of an excerpt block is rendered noticably smaller than surrounding text although both are "Normal text".

I'm using the excerpt block in other pages.

Is there any way for me to fix this? Currently, I'm just keeping both the non-excerpted text and the excerpt, then just marking the excerpt block as hidden.
