I have added two team members to a team, however they cannot see Tempo from Jira. I am new to JIRA and have never added team members so I may have missed a permission, a tick or a download somewhere. Please help. I have tried to google as well, but possibly not explaining my question/issue correctly?
Can you please make sure that these two team members have access to Tempo (Tempo Timesheets Access, Tempo Planner Access, Tempo Cost Tracker Access, depending on the products you are using)?
