Team members unable to create accounts due to CAPTCHA

Greetings,

 

Several of our team members (we have a company licence) are unable to access our Confluence account because the CAPTCHA process keeps failing.

 

Some team members were able to solve this by using MS Edge but we still have one person who has been completely unable to do so, regardless of browser.

 

Why is this happening?
