Howdy. So, we have a whole confluence page that can't be accessed anymore and we dont know why. Literally no one can access it. It just says "Looks like your administrator has marked your account [email] as inactive. Contact your administrator to solve this issue."
We're from a University and contacted our IT and they said it's none of their issues they can deal with since we made the pages on our own, and we can't even find how to directly contact Atlassian Support. It was really important work we need on there.
Please help, I am crying.
Edit: It seems like the page has been deleted all together and we can only find the link through our bookmarks, but going onto our accounts doesn't show it. We can access every other Confluence space we have though. It seems like something happened on Atlassian's side where the page was just restricted or deleted. Our IT department is 100% sure it's nothing they can do since the accounts aren't with them, they are individual.
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You need to go back to your IT support, specifically the people who maintain users and Atlassian systems.
Confluence (and the other Atlassian systems) have flags in them for users which enables the administrators to flag an account as inactive (and hence not able to use the system, and also, not billed for). Your administrators will need to re-activate the account(s)
Hi, this is a student project and a student account that is used privately for the purposes of the project. It is not through the institute. So we have no one to contact on our end.
This is essentially just the software used for a student project because we needed to pick one to use.
Halp.
