Team Calendar: Event Type = Jira issue dates issue

Steven Kent June 8, 2022

Hi

I'm using Team Calendars in Confluence (Cloud) Premium. I've populated a calendar based on:

  • Event Type = Jira Issue Dates
  • Saved Filter (based on a single project and label)
  • Issue Due Date

When comparing filter to calendar, there are Tasks in the filter results, which are not in the calendar. The filter seems to be working as expected, in that all listed Tasks are in the corresponding project, and have the necessary label, but of the 30 tasks in the filter, 10 are not in the calendar.

I can't see anything the missing Tasks have in common; they're in the filter and have a due date so should show in the calendar. Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

Hi again. An update - I switched from Display = Filter to Display = JQL, and the missing Tasks appeared in the calendar.

I literally switched the filter view from Basic to JQL, and copied the resulting JQL to the Display attribute of the calendar, and that seemed to 'fix' the issue.

No idea why, and I'm still curious to learn why, but...fixed!
