The question is about Task Report Macro:
How can I add another column for date when this action item was created? Based on the fact that there is a filter 'created date from' it might be reasonable that I can I add this created date as a column to the macro. But I couldn't find how to do this. Please recommend

It seems that the macro allows to display only the following columns (it is written into the macro body): description, duedate, assignee, location, completedate, and labels.
It's very sad. Especially considering that there is already existing filter by Created Date from available. For the pages which includes meeting notes from recurrent meetings it would be very-very beneficial.
