Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to integrate tags or links to other parts inside the whiteboards?

Hi Julia,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

You can look to Inserting links to your whiteboard - official Atlassian documentation.

Here are a couple of ways you can integrate links or tags within a whiteboard:

  1. Linking to Confluence Pages: You can add links to external Confluence pages within the whiteboard. This allows you to connect different parts of your Confluence space, documents, or other whiteboards. To do this, simply select the text or shape in your whiteboard where you want the link, and use the link option (Ctrl+K or right-click for the link option).

  2. Creating Interactive Tags: While you can't directly add traditional tags like you would in Confluence pages (e.g., labels), you can use sticky notes, text boxes, or shapes to simulate "tags" and make them interactive by linking them to other pages or sections of your Confluence workspace.

  3. Adding Embedded Content: If you want to link or display other parts of Confluence content (e.g., a page or a Jira issue), you can embed them directly into the whiteboard using macros. For example, you can use the Jira Issue or Page Link macros to create embedded content that visually appears within your whiteboard.
