Hi Suparna - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You should contact the vendor directly for support.
Thanks for your response, John.
I started exploring Confluence to replace MS Word for documenting UGs at my org.
I couldn't find the vendor details. However, I intend to use the Tabs macro (based on a quick Google search) to insert a Quick Link panel to the top right of my user guide so users can navigate to a specific section linked with the headers on the given page. If you know how this works in Confluence, it'll be helpful.

Hi @Suparna Thakkar and welcome to Community.
It looks like that is a 3rd party app, and not a native Confluence feature. Do you know which app you have in your Confluence? You will need to contact the Marketplace partner behind the app to find out more; you'll find links to support from the Marketplace page of that app.

Thanks for responding, Laura. I'm new to Confluence and still trying to figure if this is a 3rd party app.

Hello @Suparna Thakkar
Welcome to the community.
Confluence Cloud does not offer a native option to create tabs. You are probably using a 3rd party app. Unfortunately, I can't tell which one from your screenshot.
It is best to ask your admin to check under “manage app” which app is installed that offers the creation of tabs and whether the license is still valid. Then, it is best to contact the support of the app vendor.
Kind regards,
Mattia

Hi @Suparna Thakkar we at Kolekti have a tabs macro in our tool kit - content formatting macros Im not sure if thats ours, from your image difficult to identify but take a look here and check it out Content formatting macros - if you go to apps tab across the top you should be able to see what plugins you have and then reach out to correct supplier - as an extra if you want to guide people through your user guides check out our Guided Pathways app!
Thanks
Abi

Hello Mattia,
Thanks for responding. My org. recently switched to using Atlassian products including Confluence.
Currently, we are exploring Confluence to create user guides for our products. We wanted to add a Quick Link panel to the top right of our user guide so it's easy for the end users to navigate to the preferred section. A Google search suggested using Tabs Macro; hence this question.
If you know a feature that helps add a distinct panel (like TOC) within the UG layout, please let me know about it. Thank you!

Hello Suparna,
Confluence has a "Table of contents" macro that dynamically generates a clickable list based on H1-H6 formatted titles and subtitles. This allows your readers to access the section they are interested in directly.
Tabs may also be used, especially if you want to avoid long pages and present content in more digestible bites. This article provides information on how tabs can help to organize the content.
Kind regards,
Mattia
