Table of contents hide headers

Hi there!
Who knows, is it a bug? There is a page, several headers. When I add a table of contents, the links lead to the right place in the page, but the headers are hidden, I need to scroll the wheel a little higher to see it.
Who knows what's the matter? Thanks!

This was an issue that we encountered as well, where the header hides the anchor link target. We were able to resolve this through CSS on Server, however as you're in cloud it's not going to be possible. Not necessarily a bug, but needs a fix from Atlassian.

@Brandon Viertel
Thanks!
Just realized the cause of the problem, which I have already reported to support. If at the end of the heading there is a question mark, as I had, then the heading disappears. If you remove the question mark, everything rises as it should. I don’t know, maybe you had a different problem, but who knows, mb it will helps.
