I am working on a confluence space with the k15t Scroll viewport app installed. When I insert the Table of content macro, its blank in viewport. It doesn't even appear when I inspect the code.
Has anyone experienced this, or have found a way to work around this issue?
Hi Sacha,
I'm Laura, from the Scroll Viewport team. I'm glad to help out.
The table of contents macro doesn’t work with Viewport, unless you develop a custom theme and implement specific code to make it work. More on Rendering table of contents macro.
Unfortuantly, we can’t offer support for any custom development.
We recommend to evaluate our out of the box Help Center Theme to see if it’s maybe better suited for you. Maybe you're even using that theme already.
That theme doesn’t require any coding at alll and already comes with a built-in table of contents on the right-hand side, as you can see in our own help center. For example on this example article page.
Hope that helps. For any future questions that might come up, please don't hesitate to raise a ticket in our support desk.
Cheers,
Laura
