As Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ has kindly mentioned, the issue is not related to the type of your license. Only new Server trials and purchases are no longer available, otherwise everything should be working just fine. Please check the app on the Marketplace yourself.
Maybe smth was done with the database of your Confluence? I can see that there is no vendor, no version, and no modules regarding the app. So, try to reinstall the add-on.
If nothing helps, please refer to our support where you’ll be able to share logs and other required details confidentially.
The message I attached is what I see in the Marketplace. I cannot do anything to manage, reinstall or update the add on. I have sent logs to support. Thanks.

Table Filter plugin is still compatible with Confluence server version. Please, check log files in order to provide us more information about issue that you are experiencing on that.
Moreover, try to unistall and install it again.
