Tab ToC not loading or displaying

Sarah Friedell February 16, 2023

I set up our space's Table of Contents using the Tab Wizard last week. All worked as expected. Today, the Tabs area is blank and just shows a loading progress bar. When I edit the page and try to edit the Tab Wizard itself, it similarly shows a loading bar and locks up the page.

All of our space sections are still accessible via the left navigation panel, it's only the Tab Wizard that's malfunctioning and not displaying. Nothing has changed with my browser since yesterday (the last time I saw it working correctly. I tried logging out and back in, no change. The Atlassian status page shows no service disruptions.

Hi @Sarah Friedell  and welcome,

is Tab Widzard provided by a third part app?

I don't believe so. It's available via the regular macro list. The table did come back up later, so I'm inclined to believe there was some service disruption that wasn't reflected on the status page...but have no way of confirming. Just wish I knew for sure in case it happens again.

Did you solve your problem? I'm having the exact same issue. I've had this page/table for some time and all of a sudden, it started playing up.

Hey @Fabiana Fernandes , no, I never got a resolution. It just started to work on its own one day. It's actually down again for me now since yesterday, so I have to assume it's a service interruption of some kind.

It sounds like it. Thanks for confirming, @Sarah Friedell
