TOC in sidebar

Hello,

Confluence 6.3.3
I have one page that contain several headings (h1, h2 and so on). Can I create TOC for this page in the sidebar with the links to h1, h2 and so on?

This is possible to do, but it is broken in many last Confluence versions: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/TOC-in-sidebar/qaq-p/433604
