Symbols in Insight for Confluence are not displayed

Hello

We use Insight for Confluence to link our Insight- objects in Confluence.

But the symbols for each object are not displayed:

and in the developer tools i see the error 404:

I tried this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/insight-widget-not-loading-graph-in-confluence-1085188885.html with this parameter:
-Dcom.atlassian.jira.clickjacking.protection.exclude=/servicedesk/rest/gadgets/1.0/,/servicedesk/rest/insight/1.0/,/servicedesk/rest/insight-widgets/,/servicedesk/rest/insight/1.0/objecttype/,/docs/rest/ifc/1.0

and also the standard parameter in the link above.
Third party cookies are also allowed.

None works.

Please help me to find the issue.

We do have only a starter license, which allows me not to create support- tickets.
