Syching email and Salesforce

I would like to know if I need to sync my emails to Salesforce. Do I need Salesloft? Anything that I need to do to sync my emails to Salesforce?

Can you help me to understand what emails you are trying to sync with Salesforce? Salesforce isn't an Atlassian product, and since Confluence isn't an email service, it isn't clear to me what you want to do.

Can you help clarify what you're hoping to do?
