Submit Confluence Cloud Suggestion

I am not sure if this is right or not but when I am trying to raise a suggestion for  Confluence Cloud at https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/CONFCLOUD/summary, I can only find Confluence Data Center as an option in the Project dropdown field.  Is this where I raise new suggestions for confluence cloud?
