Hi Carl,

this is because Custom CSS is not allowed in the Cloud. You can find more information about this in this other thread: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Is-custom-CSS-not-allowed-in-Confluence-Cloud/qaq-p/167898
