Can you confirm:

  • Are there any storage capacity limits applied to cloud based instances of Confluence and JIRA - licensed up to 100 users for each.
  • If there is a limit, how is it possible to get visibility of what storage capacity has been used/what's left.

Many thanks,

Hugh

25Gb for everything (installations, data, working space, logs, attachments, everything)

See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Cloud/About+Your+Data  (there's more related nice-to-know stuff there, follow the links for specifics about volume of data)

I don't think there's yet a way to monitor your usage.  Atlassian definitely had an issue open to enable it in your my.atlassian account somewhere.
