Steps to add labels to multiple pages under one parent page in Confluence 8.5.4 using REST API

Hi!

I want to add label "abc" to multiple pages which is under the same parent page. Can anyone please tell me the steps to do the same using rest API in Powershell? I'm using Confluence 8.5.4 - data center version.

The above link did not give me a clear idea on how to use it as I'm a beginner in using REST API.
